Hot August Night

travel requirements

Band members require airfare when driving may be more than 4 hours, or when time constraints demand.

Band members will require transfers from airport to hotel/venue.

If the above is not possible, a rental van allowance will be provided by talent buyer.

Members will require private hotel rooms.

Hot August Night will require hotel check-in the night before day of performance.

Members will require 1 hot meal per diem provided by talent buyer.

Hot August Night will require backline if band is traveling by air, or when time constraints demand.
